• It is OneLens October, a whole month with the beautiful 85L
  
  I continue my quest of baking, the last couple of weeks I have made some bread every friday.. This week is a sour-dough based bread with durum and wheat. It turned out excellent, I managed to fold in some nice air bubbles and it was the right texture..
